The Heroes Star Program has made a significant impact on the lives of Active Military and Veterans since its inception in 2016 in San Diego, CA. Led by Real Estate Broker and Founder Johnny Perez, the program has helped hundreds of heroes achieve the dream of homeownership by providing them with resources, education, and savings.  Johnny recognized the lack of education and guidance available to the veteran community when it came to the VA loan and home buying process.

This inspired him to start the program and offer classes, workshops, and seminars to educate and empower Active Military and Veterans. In just a year, he was able to host numerous events and educate thousands of heroes in San Diego. With the onset of the pandemic in 2020, Johnny adapted to the virtual world and started hosting VA homebuyer webinars, which have now become a nationwide program with live webinars in various states across the country. Through his program and book, Johnny aims to help heroes create an action plan and timeline to achieve their goal of homeownership and change their lives for the better.

The impact of the Heroes Star Program goes beyond just helping heroes become homeowners. It also serves as a platform for them to connect with each other and build a community. Johnny's passion and dedication to this cause have not only helped heroes achieve their dream of homeownership, but it has also brought them together and created a support system for them. The program has not only provided education and resources but has also instilled a sense of pride and accomplishment with our Veteran community.
